Once you have submitted your parcel online, the warehouse staff will process your parcel according to the shipping method and requirements you have submitted.

If the final weight of your parcel is lower than the weight you submitted, the warehouse staff will refund the difference in shipping costs directly to your AliPrice account within 1-3 working days.
