2. China shipping fee:  

Buying multiple items from the same seller will save you a lot of domestic shipping in China. Shipping time in China, generally 3 days to reach the warehouse, if the supplier is in Guangdong province, it will arrive the next day. In exceptional circumstances, delays may occur. Fees vary based on courier company, package weight, and distance between seller and buyer locations.

Using the AliPrice purchasing service, the package will be delivered to the warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong (广东, 东莞).

3. Value-added purchasing fee:    

AliPrice customers of any level buy goods on special websites other than Taobao and 1688,

A value-added purchase fee will be added to the company's existing service charging system.

1. AliPrice service fee:

Our service fee is (Product Fee + China Shipping Fee) * 5%

You will be required to pay a service fee along with the international shipping cost of the package. AliPrice automatically calculates your service fee after you get your package weight and select an international shipping method. AliPrice will ship it to you as soon as possible after you pay for shipping and service.

2. International shipping fee: You can estimate the international shipping fee you need to pay by using the Shipping Calculator.

3. Storage fee:

As an AliPrice customer, you can store your purchases in our warehouse if you want to ship them to a different location. All AliPrice members have 90 days of free storage. If your free storage time has expired and your item has not been shipped, AliPrice will charge you a storage fee of 1yaun per item per day.

Note: AliPrice has a storage period of 180 days. When your item's status changes to "Arrived", we start counting the storage time, which lasts 90 days. Your order status will then change to "Storing" for the remaining 90 days. At the end of the 180 days, your order status will change to "Abandoned". This means that you have abandoned your items and will no longer be able to receive them.

Arrival (90 days) + warehousing (90 days) = abandoned (180 days)

4. Customs fees:

(1) We recommend AliPrice customers to take the initiative to understand local customs policies before shipment. In countries with high customs clearance rates, there is no fee to pay. However, in countries with low customs clearance rates, such as Argentina, customers may need to pay customs duties.

(2) Instructions on the collection of taxes and fees in some countries:

United States: The declared value is exempt from customs duties within $800.

UK: VAT 0 threshold, goods from 0 to 135 pounds are subject to VAT, and the tax rate is 20%.

EU countries: According to the requirements of the EU Customs New Deal, from July 1, 2021, the EU 27 countries will cancel the tax-free policy of less than 22 euros, and the tax will be 0 euros.

Japan: The declared value is exempted from customs duties within 80 US dollars.

South Korea: The declared value does not exceed USD 150.

（3）Customs clearance service: If the declared value of the goods exceeds the limit required by the country, and the tax is collected, AliPrice will charge an additional customs clearance service fee of 16.5 yuan in addition to the fact that you need to take the initiative to submit the customs duty to the customs.

5. Insurance premium (optional):

Insurance is purchased at 5% of the total price.

Item Fee + Domestic Shipping + International Shipping + Service Charge = Total Price

Note: "My China Warehouse" can purchase insurance at 5% of the total price.

1. Time:

(1) Transportation time: It depends on the international logistics routes of each country.

(2) Shipping Date: After you submit shipping and payment.

2. Customs:

Logistics services are undertaken by third-party logistics providers. Restricted by customs policy, there may be logistics risks. You need to consider the risks because you will be responsible for them.

As a service platform, AliPrice works with numerous third-party logistics providers to ship our purchased products to you. AliPrice is not responsible for confiscated, damaged, lost or delayed products due to customs policy or uncontrollable risks associated with international shipping. However, AliPrice warns you in advance of possible risks. We will improve our logistics insurance services as we want to help you assess possible risks and minimise possible losses.

3. Services:

(1) AliPrice's service fee is (Product Fee + China Shipping Fee) * 5%, and there is no minimum order requirement.

(2) Virtual goods: We do not accept such purchases, including gift cards, game tokens, etc. arising from illegal acts.

(3) Product quality: We will verify the size, quantity, color and pattern of the product, but we are not responsible for the quality.

(4) Electronic products: We can only verify the appearance and model.

(5) It is strictly prohibited to post items that violate Chinese laws, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Prohibited and Restricted Items Regulations and local laws. For example: imitation brands, pure electricity, tobacco and alcohol, knives, electronic cigarettes, lighters, liquids, powders, pastes, food, medical equipment, drugs, arms, plants, animals and plant seeds, etc. If there is any violation, the loss, fine, customs clearance fee, etc. and legal responsibility shall be borne by the customer.
